Pablo Lagrange, or Nomaad Chef, as he calls himself, is definitely one of the most colorful and special talents to ever visit the Estonian restaurant scene. He has worked in the worlds best restaurants such as Noma, Mugaritz, Relae, ElBulli, Pakta. Finally, we have the opportunity to bring this extremely talented and exciting personality to Estonia and directly to the open kitchen of SALT.
Pablo is originally from Argentina and this is also strongly manifested in his cooking, which is surrounded by traditions, memories, fire and the Argentinean landscapes.
Leaving home at a very young age, he has devoted himself entirely to cooking and in the best restaurants in the world. Noma, Mugaritz, Relae, ElBulli, Pakta... only a few people in the world have worked in such kitchens.
Having come under the guidance of the Adriate brothers and drawing inspiration and passion, he decided to create his own brand,, MUTA,,, which introduces him as a nomadic chef and has already taken him to dozens of kitchens around the world.
Finally, we have the opportunity to bring this extremely talented and exciting personality to Estonia and directly to the open kitchen of SALT.
On April 24th and 25th, he will be offering two spectacular six-course dinners in our restaurant in collaboration with our kitchen team and chefs Marko and Andres.
