The restaurant was founded by beloved Estonian singer Stefan Airapetjan, whose passion for food began in his childhood while helping at his father’s eatery in Viljandi. Before opening his own restaurant, Stefan tested his recipes at summer music festivals in a food truck – and that’s how the beloved Steff Grill dishes were born.
