Pablo Lagrange, or Nomaad Chef, as he calls himself, is definitely one of the most colorful and special talents to ever visit the Estonian restaurant scene. He has worked in the worlds best restaurants such as Noma, Mugaritz, Relae, ElBulli, Pakta. Finally, we have the opportunity to bring this extremely talented and exciting personality to Estonia and directly to the open kitchen of SALT.
An evening not to be missed! On April 26 at 6:00 PM, our restaurant will become the stage for a gastronomic performance: Two renowned culinary masters - Yevgeny Kolikov (Chef of the Year 2024, Maitsekoda by Evka) and Pavel Gurjanov (Chef of the Year 2013, Kogu Resto Chef) - will combine experience, style and inspiration to create a unique four-course dinner for you.
